The topic for the debate is ''Should India go nuclear to fullfill its energy requirements"
(Participants may like to add to it that altough we are rich in coal reserves and sites for hydro power plants so in light of that should India go nuclear or not)

We will be needing the abstract for this topic. If the number of entries is more than required then we will be having a small extempore to select the people for final round.
Deadline for submission of the abstract is 12noon on 6th oct.
